The Bee’s Kiss

I had cream and dark rum left over from making tiramisu, so I found a cocktail that uses both of these: The Bee’s Kiss.

  • 2 ounces aged rum
  • 1 ounce honey simple syrup*
  • 3/4 ounce heavy cream

The cocoa swirl was just to make it prettier.

*I’m a monster and just threw some water and honey in a cup and microwaved it. I probably need to have honey syrup around if I’m going to be a ~mIXoLoGiSt~
