Mini Muffin Roundup
Featured image: chocolate zucchini muffins (plus a couple jack o’lanterns because I didn’t feel like waiting for the muffin tin to cool down). These were pretty well-received.
Spinach muffins: “too yucky.” I had to agree. I have learned that when a recipe says something is “just the right amount of sweet,” that is some kinda weird code for “not sweet at all.”
Chocolate chip zucchini muffins. Also fairly well-received; I liked them too. Added some carrot in there as well.
Zucchini banana muffins. Decent, but I’m so very tired of banana and cinnamon in toddler recipes. And it’s all about me, right? lmao
